Dual Sourcing

Our dual sourcing offer is a key benefit that many of our customers rely on to protect their supply chains. Reducing risk is a critical factor for procurement teams, as is being able to find partners who can scale capacity to meet production requirements.

At Texmo Blank, we offer our customers a special dual sourcing offer that combines these factors.

The Best of Both Worlds

Traditionally, dual sourcing is done across different companies. While this method might offer some supply chain protection, it makes it harder to rely on the parts being of the same quality and dimensions. Because our three state-of-the-art plants in the USA, Germany and India share processes and technologies, you can have complete peace of mind that parts specified from different plants will meet the same exacting standards.

Dual Sourcing Advantages

With our dual sourcing approach, you can benefit from:

  1. Redundancy and Risk Mitigation – By spreading your production across multiple factories in different geographic locations, you minimise the risk of disruptions and ensure continuity of supply.
  2. Capacity Optimisation – Need to ramp up production or accommodate sudden spikes in demand? With access to multiple factories, you have the flexibility to scale your production quickly and efficiently.
  3. Local Expertise, Global Reach – Each of our factories is staffed by professionals who are in constant communication with each other to ensure our local standards are global.
  4. Streamlined Logistics – With strategically located factories, we simplify logistics and reduce lead times, ensuring timely delivery of your parts, wherever you are in the world.
